How to Submit an Event
Submitting an event is simple! Just fill out the form below with all the necessary details, and we’ll review your submission within 24-48 hours.
Submission Guidelines
- Event Title: Make sure your event title is short but descriptive.
- Event Date & Time: Select the correct date and time for your event. For multi-day events, please indicate both the start and end dates.
- Event Location: Provide a clear and complete address for your event. If it’s virtual or hybrid, include relevant online details.
- Organizer Information: Let people know who’s behind the event. Be sure to include your contact information in case attendees have questions.
- Event Description:
- Keep it concise but engaging!
- Highlight key activities, any special guests, or noteworthy attractions.
- If your event is recurring, please include details about frequency (e.g., “Every first Saturday of the month”).
- Event Image (Optional): Upload an image or poster to help promote your event. We recommend using images with a minimum size of 800×600 pixels in .jpg or .png format.
- RSVP or Ticketing Information (Optional): If your event requires attendees to RSVP or purchase tickets, please include a link to the relevant page.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve submitted your event, it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. We manually approve all submissions to ensure they meet our guidelines and provide the best experience for our community. You’ll receive an email once your event is live!
