POLSON · DO & SEE
Travis Dolphin Dog Park
City dog park for Polson pups
About the listing The do & see
Your dog gets 2.5 acres of hillside above the Flathead River to run loose, with a dock and stairs for wading straight into the water. The park started as an Eagle Scout project and carries the name of Travis Dolphin, a longtime City of Polson water department employee remembered here after he died of a brain tumor. Picnic tables and shade line the slope, clean-up stations and benches keep visits easy, and the gate’s open sunrise to sunset with free parking off Kerr Dam Road. Call the Polson Parks Department at (406) 883-8200 if you’ve got questions about rules or bringing a group.
