Ric Smith bought the local Century 21 office in Polson in 1999 after moving here from California, and by 2002 he’d built it into Smith Team Real Estate, now three brokers with more than 60 years of combined Montana real estate experience between them. Sarah Beck has worked the Polson market since 1995 and once turned up as a featured realtor on HGTV’s Lakefront Bargain Hunters. Ashlee Perry grew up in Lake County and earned her broker’s license in 2020. Between the three of them they know waterfront contracts, well and septic questions, and which contractors and inspectors actually show up when they say they will.
