Skinner Sights
Montana-made rifle sights and outdoor gear
About the listing The work
Skinner Sights builds firearm sights and outdoor gear right here in St. Ignatius. Their peep sights, front sights, and scope mounts are machined from solid steel, stainless, or brass bar stock and hand fitted for lever guns and other rifles, with parts trusted by makers like Henry Repeating Arms. The shop also runs Skinner Sewing, a cut-and-sew operation turning out gun cases and storage solutions. What started as Tim Skinner’s retirement hobby grew after Andy Larsson bought it in 2010, and today more than 15 people work out of a manufacturing facility expanded in 2016 and again in 2022.
