Salish Point Park

Salish Point Park sits on Flathead Lake’s south shore in Polson, with a beach, a large roped-off swimming area set between two fishing docks, walking paths, restrooms, and parking. There’s no concessions on site, so bring your own food and water.

The city and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes are partnering on a shoreline restoration here, reshaping the point into a natural crescent built to work with the lake’s wind and waves.
