Richwine’s Burgerville

Richwine’s Burgerville is an old-school drive-in on Highway 93 that’s been in the family since 1962. The hamburger is the whole point here: 100% beef, hand-ground fresh on the premises and hand-pressed daily, made to order. The Royal burger takes its name from Royal Morrison, the local teacher and coach who once owned the land the stand sits on.

It’s a seasonal spot, open March through September, so catch it while the weather’s good. Roll up Thursday through Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and order a burger built the way you like it.
