Mission Falls Campground

Mission Falls Campground sits at Mission Reservoir in the foothills of the Mission Mountains east of St. Ignatius, with basic restroom facilities and room to picnic, swim, and camp before the hike up to Mission Falls. It’s on Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes land, so non-tribal visitors over age 11 need a CSKT Tribal Conservation/Recreation Permit, available locally at Allard’s Stage Stop. Reach the area off Mission Reservoir Road a few miles north and east of town.
