Lake County WIC
Food and nutrition help for moms, babies and young kids
About the listing The work
WIC helps pregnant women, new and breastfeeding moms, and kids under 5 eat well, with healthy foods, nutrition information, breastfeeding support and referrals to health care. Lake County’s program works out of the Lake County Public Health office on Main Street in Polson, and who qualifies depends on nutritional need and income.
Getting started is simple, with no paper application. Call (406) 883-7307 to set up an appointment, and bring ID, proof you live in Montana and proof of income. You can skip the income proof if you’re already on Medicaid, SNAP or TANF.
