Geopland

Geopland LLC is a one-person land use planning firm based in Polson, run by Joel Nelson. It works two sides of Montana’s planning world: contract planning for cities and counties, including writing and updating plans, regulations, and project administration, plus help for landowners, businesses, and developers working through land divisions, subdivisions, permits, and lakeshore construction approvals.
