Flathead Lake International Cinema Fest

The Flathead Lake International Cinemafest, or FLIC, is Polson’s winter film festival, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings a slate of domestic and international features, documentaries, shorts, and animation to the Showboat Stadium 6 theater on Main Street. The 2026 edition screened 51 films over a single February weekend, with filmmaker Q&As, mixers, and a closing awards show.

Submissions come in through FilmFreeway, and the festival adds a Summer Encore in late July for a second look at favorites. FLIC marks its 15th year the second weekend of February 2027, so watch for the lineup and grab a pass if you’re in the valley.
