The Lake County Clerk and Recorder’s office sits in the courthouse in downtown Polson, in Room 214 on the main floor. It records and files property and land documents, keeps the county commissioners’ minutes, and issues birth and death certificates. You can record documents in person or through e-recording, and the office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
