Dean and Linda Knutson started Country Pasta with a team of horses, harvesting the durum wheat that still goes into every batch today. The process hasn’t changed much since: high-quality semolina, fresh eggs (never frozen or dried), a touch of sea salt, then the dough gets rolled and cut the old-fashioned way before it’s slowly dried and packaged. It’s a family-run operation based right here in the Mission Valley, and the difference shows up in the bite.
