Right next to Wild Horse Island State Park on the west shore of Flathead Lake, Big Arm Boat Rentals and Rides is a family-run outfit that gets you out on the water. They rent fish and ski boats, pontoons, and jet skis for the motor crowd, plus kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards if you’d rather go quiet. Their guided shuttle runs across to Wild Horse Island, where bighorn sheep, wild horses, and bald eagles are part of the draw.
