Betty’s Diner has been serving from-scratch comfort food on the highway in Polson since 2009. The kitchen turns out hand-pattied burgers, hand-cut fries, steaks, and a full breakfast, with a gluten-free menu they bill as the largest in the Northwest. Tables on the patio look out over Flathead Lake, right across from KwaTaqNuk.
