Bayside Riser is a to-go coffee and breakfast spot on Highway 93 in Polson, pouring seasonal specialty coffee alongside boba drinks and teas. The kitchen turns out breakfast sandwiches and croffles, the croissant-waffle hybrid the shop’s known for.

Swing by weekday mornings, 7am to 4pm, for a fresh pastry and a coffee or boba to take with you down the highway. Pets are welcome and the spot’s wheelchair accessible.
