The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes’ meat processing facility on Mink Lane in Ronan, and one of the newest additions to the valley’s food economy. SQK Quality Meats is USDA-inspected, built with support from a USDA Indigenous Animals Processing grant, and part of the tribes’ food sovereignty work: local animals, processed locally, feeding local tables.
