Pow wow Grounds

The Arlee Powwow Grounds sit just east of Arlee, off Highway 93 on Pow Wow Road. They’re the home of the Arlee Esyapqeyni Celebration, the annual powwow of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes held around the Fourth of July.

The week-long gathering brings traditional dancing, drumming, and singing, along with grand entry ceremonies, stick games, a parade, and community events. It’s one of the longest-running powwows in the region.
