The Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center is a shared-use food processing and manufacturing facility in downtown Ronan, run by the nonprofit Mission West Community Development Partners (the Lake County Community Development Corporation). The 13,000-square-foot center is FDA registered, USDA meat inspected, and certified organic, and it’s licensed for both retail and wholesale food production and storage.
It works as a food business incubator. Startups and value-added ag producers can book the commercial kitchen and get technical help with product development, food safety training, labeling, and organic certification. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
