Finley Point State Park is a small lakeside unit on the south end of Flathead Lake’s east bay, about six miles northeast of Polson. The park has sixteen campsites, a boat launch, a small day-use area, and a short shoreline section. It is one of the quieter Flathead Lake State Park units, with no major beach and a smaller visitor footprint than Big Arm or Yellow Bay.
The campground runs roughly May through September. Reservations are strongly recommended; Finley Point fills earlier than its size would suggest because of the location. The east bay is a quieter water body than the open lake and the boat launch sees regular use by anglers.
A Montana State Parks pass is required. The park is accessed via Finley Point Road off East Shore Route from Highway 35.
